Shipping & Packaging

Postage

Postage will be determined by the weight and size of the package. A flat rate of £5 for UK deliveries, £10 for EU, and £20 for the Rest of the World will be applied at checkout. If additional postage fees are required I will let you know as soon as I have worked out the weight and additional costs (within 3 days of ordering). UK packages and International packaged up to 2kg will usually be sent via Royal Mail. For International packages over 2kg I will use the most competitive courier for that week (likely UPS for the USA, and DPD and Hermes for Australia and Asia).

Any custom or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and usually charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Carrie Kendra Ceramics does not accept any liability for additional taxes and charges related to clearing your goods through customs.

Delivery times

United Kingdom 3-5 working days from dispatch

Europe is currently 3-7 working days from date of dispatch

Rest of the World 7-10 working days from dispatch (subject to Customs & Duty)

Customer information

You will be required to provide the full name and address of the recipient, and a contactable phone number for the couriers use should they have difficulty finding the location. You will receive an email to confirm when your items have been dispatched which will also contain a tracking link. All orders are trackable.

Packaging

Where possible I will always use recycled packaging. I aim to use unbranded boxes but the occasional Amazon box may also be taken advantage of. I use a double boxing method to minimise the risk of breakages. The item is wrapped in tissue paper then a padding material, then placed snugly inside the first box. It is then placed in more packing material snugly inside the outer box. The packing material and void fillers will either be recycled bubble wrap/peanuts, or recyclable materials such as bio peanuts, brown paper or honey comb paper, and paper craft tape.
